Dimapur, October 26 (MExN): Lieutenant General Manoj Mukund Naravane, AVSM, SM, VSM, General Officer Commanding-in-Chief, Eastern Command arrived at the Army’s Spear Corps at Dimapur on October 25. The General Officer was received by Lieutenant General Gopal R, AVSM, SM, General Officer Commanding Spear Corps.
A press release by Colonel C Konwer, PRO (Defence) stated that General M M Naravane reviewed the security situation in the North Eastern states and along the LAC with China. The General Officer expressed satisfaction at operational preparedness of the Spear Corps and complimented the troops for their hard work and dedication.
