Medical camp for special students

Mokokchung, October 12 (MExN): Altogether 90 “disabled” students were examined at a four-day medical camp organized by Mokokchung District Legal Services Authority (MDLSA) in collaboration with Imkongliba Memorial District Hospital (IMDH) which commenced on October 8 and culminated on October 12.  

ADC Mokokchung, Sachin Jaiswal, IAS while visiting the medical camp appreciated the “one of a kind” initiative of the medical camp and said the objective behind the camp was encouraging and extended support. A press note said that Dr. Temsuyanger, Nodal Officer Psychiatric, Dr. Thejasevi Chase, Senior Specialist ENT, Dr. Mar, Senior Specialist Orthopedic, Dr. Woben, Eye Specialist and Dr. Philip, Medical Officer examined the students.  

The MDLSA team of Panel Lawyers and Para Legal Volunteers were led by Khape Koza, Principal District and Session Judge Mokokchung and Chairman MDLSA, while Dr. P. Medemmayang, Medical Superintendent helped in the planning of the medical camp.
