Sumi Council, Dimapur meeting An emergency meeting of the Sumi Council, Dimapur has been convened on May 5, 5:00 pm at its office premises in Supply colony, Dimapur. A press release from the council chairman, Kuhoi Zhimo has requested all the office bearers to attend the meeting without fail “as some urgent issues need to be addressed immediately.” Mokokchung DPDB meet deferred In view of the bye-election to the lone Lok Sabha seat in Nagaland, the monthly meeting of Mokokchung DPDB scheduled for May 7 stands deferred. ANCSU presidential meeting The All Nagaland College Students’ Union (ANCSU) has convened its 1st presidential meeting on May 19, 11:00 am at NSF conference hall, Oking Naga Club Building, Kohima. All the affiliated colleges/institutions units presidents and general secretaries have been informed to attend without fail. NSCA annual GBM The Annual General Body Meeting of the Nagaland Senior Citizens’ Association (NSCA) has been convened on May 24 at 11:00 am in the conference hall of the Red Cross Building, Kohima. A press release from the association stated that the following business will be conducted during the meeting: Discussions on Nagas Welfare; Election of the new Executive Members of the NSCA for the term 2018-2022; and other agendas, if any.
