Dimapur, June 10 (MExN): A farewell programme was conducted for the B.Ed 2015-17 batch of Modern Institute of Teacher Education (MITE) at the college auditorium on June 6. It was organised by the 2nd Semester (2106-18 batch) students.
MITE Vice-Principal HL Gangte urged the outgoing student-teachers to keep alive the spirit of ‘True Education’ and the motto of “Learn to teach, Teach to learn” throughout their lives.
Speech on behalf of the outgoing students was delivered by Rokozenuo, while Neisatuonuo Kense spoke on behalf of the 2nd Semester.
Various items were performed by the student-teachers to show their love and concern for their seniors, a press release received here stated.
The Principal, Devanand Sinha also conveyed his best wishes to the outgoing student-teachers in their endeavors and wished them success in their university examination.
