Dimapur, February 26 (MExN): H. Chuba Chang MLA, 51 Noksen A/C toured the constituency from January 6 to 28, 2011. A press note issued by M.P Noksang, president, ACCC 51 Noksen A/C informed that during the tour, H. Chuba Chang attended the Students Golden Jubilee as chief guest at Longra village and also at Yali village respectively, where he stressed the need of quality education as the need of the time. He encouraged the students to be honest and God fearing. He also requested and advised both church leaders and village council members to guide the younger generation in the right direction and give proper support.
The note further mentioned that on January 20, he attended the closing day of Sangyuchung range football tournament as guest of honour at Ngongchung EAC HQ and later held a meeting with area leaders and discussed about the law and order situation development matters. On January 26 at Noksen he held an area meeting with the village council chairman and head GB of the Noksen-sub division along with staff officers with SDO (civil) at Noksen HQ.
