BA Final year students of Modern College, Kohima during the field trip to Botsa on October 10.
Dimapur, October 12 (MExN): The BA Final year students of Modern College, Kohima went for a field trip on October 10 to Botsa, Kohima, under the theme “Deforestation and its Consequences”. The field study was undertaken as a part of the case study for environmental studies. Modern College, Kohima Principal in a press release stated that altogether 180 students, under the guidance of four lecturers, Anthony, Zimik, Temjenchuba and Imsuyanger, respectively documented the effects of deforestation on the ecosystem and concluded from their findings that the environment must be protected for the well being and flourishing of human life on earth.
