The condition of the Ato Kilonser, NSCN (IM), Thuingaleng Muivah, who was reported to have been admitted to a hospital in Delhi on October 1, was reported to be stable. Informed sources told today that the octogenarian Naga leader was admitted to a private hospital in New Delhi for an officially undisclosed complaint.
The sources said that Muivah will be kept in hospital for a couple more days to monitor his all round health. “He was admitted due to high blood pressure. He is in no danger but will be kept there couple of days to monitor his all round health,” the sources said.
Meanwhile, The New India Express quoted NSCN (IM) leader Kraibo Chawang as stating that Muivah complained of “upset stomach” after which he was admitted to a private hospital on Monday morning.
