Kohima, August 21 (MExN): The Office of the Directorate of Municipal Affairs, Kohima has informed that new allotment order of Dwelling Units will be issued only to those 720 government-approved beneficiaries.
Dr Toshimanen Ozukum, Additional Director & HOD, Municipal Affairs in a press release informed that the order is issued in supersession to recently published notices in local dailies that allotment order of Dwelling Units issued till date stands cancelled.
The new allotment list is displayed at the Directorate office, below A.G Office, Kohima after all necessary codal formalities were done, the release said.
The beneficiaries are also informed to deposit share of Rs. 30,000 in the form of demand draft drawn in favour of the Executive Engineer, Municipal Affairs payable at SBI, Lierie Branch, Kohima within the next 15 days from the date of publication of this notice, failing which the dwelling units will be allotted to the waitlisted beneficiaries with due approval of the government, the release added.
