Murder most foul

•-The release of Miss Maria Susairaj from jail speaks about the volume of hypocrisy and the mockery of the Indian judicial system .The question I ask everyone is, should we clap our hands in praise of Mr. S. Sharif the brilliant lawyer of Ms. Maria? Or should we condemn the investigating agencies and the judicial system of our country, which I strongly believe is in total chaos.
As I was watching the Neeraj Grover murder case, where according to the television reports, was killed and then cut into 300 pieces. I was instantly reminded of my eldest brother lt. L.D. Vincent, who was also brutally murdered on 20th June 2007, with machetes, pointed objects and boiled water and was disfigured beyond anyone’s guess, by his own son, but his accomplice, and most importantly the conspiratress was not even questioned for the gruesome crime that they had committed and were made to roam freely till date.
My deepest sympathy is for the Grover family who were made to go through the horrific event again and again because I know that the so called justice pronounced by the hon’ble court  regarding this gruesome case  as well as my brother’s case is laughable. The point is after all the evidences have been meticulously collected and exhibited, still the hon’ble court was not satisfied and pronounced the verdict on flimsy ground saying that, one of the accused was young and not yet married and was released from jail after 3yrs and 41 days.
I am appalled at the so called verdict. Is the hon’ble court giving a license to kill? What will happen to the common man, who can’t afford the best criminal lawyers? What will happen to people who don’t have voices in the society? What kind of justice are we giving to our citizens? It is like as the holy book asks, “will you give stones to your own child when he asks for bread?” and the answer at this point of time is Yes, yes we are!! How more silly and idiotic can the hon’ble courts be.
I hope everyone in general, the investigating agencies and the hon’ble courts all over the country  in particular wake up and use their power of judgement, their god given right  judiciously or we are doomed, because there is a fine line between justice and forgiveness.
