NAAC Peer Team visits Mount Tiyi College

Wokha, September 2 (MExN): The National Accreditation and Assessment Council (NAAC) Peer Team visited Mount Tiyi College, Wokha for the 1st Cycle Assessment on August 29 and 30.  

The Peer Team comprised of Proffessor Mohd. Iqbal Ali, Former Vice-Chancellor, Satavahana University, Karimnagar, Telangana as the Chairman; Professor Ashan Riddi, Department of History, Rajiv Gandhi University, Arunachal Pradesh as Member Coordinator; and Dr Manish K Pandya, Principal, Tolani Commerce College, Gujarat as member.  

Mount Tiyi College Principal in a press release said that the meeting was attended by Director Higher Education Kuholi Chishi; Director CDC, Nagaland University Dr. Krishna Kant Upadhyay; Wokha District Administration; Alumni Association; Parents; Lotha Hoho; Lotha Eloe Hoho and Lotha Students Union.  

After conducting round the clock meetings and interaction with principal, staff, students, parents, alumni and conducting inspection of the college infrastructure, the Chairman of the peer team expressed his satisfaction and wished the college success and growth in future too.  

The principal, staff and students of Mount Tiyi College have acknowledged the NAAC Peer Team, Director and officials from Higher Education, Director CDC, Nagaland University, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Wokha, Alumni, parents, Lotha Hoho, Lotha Eloe Hoho, Lotha Students Union and all well-wishers for taking part in the assessment.
