Naga Shisha Hoho Prayer Centre Pruzie 25th anniversary underway

A two day long 25th anniversary of Naga Shisha Hoho Prayer Centre (NSHPC), Prüzie, Kohima got underway this evening at its prayer centre.


The celebration began with Rev Dr Zelhou Keyho, General Secretary Nagaland Baptist Church Council (NBCC) unveiling the monolith and unfurling anniversary flag.


In the worship service this evening, Apostolic Ministries President Rev Dr Luozilie Sanchu reminded the congregations that Naga people are called by God to obey His will and do the great commission of Jesus in the midst of surrounded by many great non-Christian nations.


He urged upon the Naga people to do away with the feeling of tribalism, factionalism and denominationalism and follow the principle of Christ.
He admitted that Naga people have live against the will of God in so many ways though we are Christian.


Highlighting the brief history of Naga Shisha Hoho Prayer Centre, Pruzie, Pastor Vezokho Vero said NSHPC, Prüzie was established in 1994 through the divine guidance and direction of God.


Pastor said the third Naga Shisha Hoho conference took place at NSHPC, Prüzie in 1994 wherein about 1, 20,000 people turned up.


The first worship service was led by Rev Puduhü Khüsoh. Rev M Asangba Longkumer released the 25th anniversary souvenir and memento. Special songs were presented by anniversary choir, 4th NAP Baptist Church Thizama and New market NCRC Kohima.


Rev Dr Zelhou Keyho, General Secretary Nagaland Baptist Church Council (NBCC) and Rev Dr Hevukhu Achumi, Executive Secretary, Western Sumi Baptist Akukuhou Kukhakulu will be the speakers of the worship service on January 20.


The morning service on day two will start from 10: 00 am and evening service at 4:00 am.
