Self discipline, respect and hardwork are the guiding principles of the fledgling team Ekhyo, which stands for victory in Lotha.
“A coalesce of the three virtues would map the road to victory,” was how K. Thenjamo Tsanglao, Associate Pastor, Lotha Baptist Church Dimapur, summed it up for the team, in his pep talk to the players. Self discipline, having the self control to refrain from destructive habits, respect for the people around and upholding the spirit of fellowship, the pastor said, are characteristics of life.
Ekhyo FC secretary Vanjamo Murry said that one of the primary objectives of the club is to provide a platform to aspiring players.
