Naga Talents Promo winner passes away

Dimapur, April 3 (MExN):
Shuiphei Konyak, the ultimate individual winner of Pheto Music Association Event, Naga Talents Promo- 2 passed away at Dibrugarh hospital after brief illness. Kashito Kiba MD PMA in a press release said that Nagaland has lost the most promising and upcoming female dancer in the state who was planning to go for professional choreography course in the near future. Pheto Music Association joins hand with the rest of the District co-organizers and all the contestants are shocked to hear the sudden demise of Shuiphei Konyak. Afai’s Talent and her activities during the whole event/show of Naga Talents Promo will be greatly treasured and remembered in the history of PMA and Naga Talents Promo Events in the years to come.

Oral literature symposium at NU

Merima, April 3 (DIPR):
Sahitya Akademi, North East Centre for Oral Literature will organize the two-day Symposium for Oral Literature with Departments of Tenyidie & Linguistic of Nagaland University (NU) at Ladies’ Common Room with Professor Lanunungsang, Pro Vice Chancellor of NU, Kohima Campus, Meriema as chief guest on April 4. Professor Temsüla Ao, Member of NECOL will chair the session.
 
Induction prog for IGNOU SC- 2001

Kohima, April 3 (MExN):
The induction programme for IGNOU Study Centre 2001, Modern College Kohima will be held on April 5 at 10:00 AM at Modern Institute of Teachers Education, AG Colony near SBI Lerie Bank Kohima. All learners registered at the stated Study Centre have been requested to personally attend the programme and also collect their study materials and identity cards the same day.
