Army recruitment rally from today

Kohima, May 14 (DIPR):
Army Recruitment Rally will be conducted at Football Ground, Kendriya Vedyalaya School Leimakhong, Senepati (Manipur) from May 15 to 25 for enrolment of male candidates in Soldier General Duty in Tradesman, Soldier Technical in Soldier Clerk/SKT/M. Deputy Commissioner & ARO, Zunheboto, L. Akato Sema informs all Presiding Officers under Zunheboto district who have performed election duty during the 16th Parliamentary Election 2014 to be present at the counting hall, Badminton Stadium Zunheboto on 16th May 2014 by 7:30 a.m. The DC also informs that failing to abide by the order shall be viewed adversely

Counting process at Kohima

Kohima, May 14 (DIPR):
The counting process for the recently concluded Parliamentary Elections will be held on May 16 at DC Conference Hall (2nd floor DC Office Complex). The counting will commence from 8:00 a.m. onwards in 12 Counting Tables. The Counting of votes will be done assembly constituency-wise starting from 8-Western Angami A/C followed by 9 A/C, 10 A/C, 11 A/C, 12 A/C, 14 A/C and 15 A/C respectively in ascending order.

Legal awareness prog at Mkg on May 21

Mokokchung, May 14 (DIPR):
Nagaland State Commission for Women is organizing a one day Legal Awareness Programme on the topic “Marriage, Divorce & Inheritance” with special reference to Tribal Culture. It is being organized in collaboration with National Commission for Women. Programme will start from 10:00 AM. Deputy Commissioner, Mokokchung, Murohu Chotso informed the office bearers of apex NGOs, village council chairman, ward chairman and functionaries, GBs and DBs to attend the programme by their representatives as mentioned:  18 Wards functionaries of Mkg town MMC : 3 representatives each; DB/Dobashi :10 representatives; GBs Union of Mokokchung district : 20 representatives; Village Councils:2 representatives from each village of Mkg district;  Ao Senden: 5 representatives; AKM  :5 representatives

PTC 29th session from May 16
