Christina Memorial Higher Secondary School (CMHSS), Dimapur organized felicitation programme for class 10 & 12 students on July 26. State Toppers, Baunennyuchung (18th rank) and Honom JN Yanlem (20th rank and subject topper in science -100 marks) were awarded memento and cash awards. Students who secured 80% and above in aggregate and subject teachers were also given cash awards. Christina Rolling Trophy was bagged by Baunennyuchung securing 95.83%. Henyie K Phom from class-12 bagged the Rolling Trophy from Higher Secondary securing 70.2%. Chief Patron, O Alem, IPS Rtd in his speech congratulated all for bringing laurel to the school.

Through the initiative of Pungro Town Students’ Union, ‘My Road Campaign’ was carried out at Pungro from July 21 to 23. The campaign was supported through free-will donation from well-wishers and various NGOs based at Pungro. District Task Force, Mokokchung conducted random testing for shopkeepers and public volunteers at Imlong Place, Mokokchung on July 26. Altogether 108 persons were tested.
