To mark the occasion 33rd Foundation Day of the Bethesda Youth Welfare Centre, Dimapur (BYWCD), a brief programme was conducted at its Head Office in Dimapur on September 1. WC Humtsoe, Chief Functionary, BYWCD encouraged the staffs to stay positive always and at the same time grasp every opportunity they encounter in life despite many challenges one may face while striving to accomplished one’s dreams. The programme was chaired by Enoch Kithan, Asst Director, BYWCD.
