Kohima, June 24 (MExN): The 17th Nagaland State Chess Championship 2018 has been deferred due to unavoidable circumstance from July 3 to 6 at Red Cross Conference Hall Kohima.
Nagaland Chess Association, Jt. Secretary Mughaho Awomi in a press note stated that the Championship will have three category, open category, under-14 and under 17 years (Boys and Girls) category. Under 14 and under 17 years category are requested to produce birth certificate and registered within one year of birth as per All India Chess Federation (AICF) norms and also requested to come with school uniform during Inaugural and closing function.
Interested persons may registered to pay entry fee with Rs.1000/- (one thousand) only in Open category and Rs.500/- (five hundred) only, for under 14 and 17 years category at Shri Ganesh Book Centre Below Mato Complex opp.SBI Bazar Branch Kohima, Nagaland on or before July 2.
