The Principal Director also informed that the Dimapur Tourist Lodge has been identified and designated as a COVID-19 Quarantine Centre for Dimapur district, and the District Hospital Dimapur is designated as COVID-19 Hospital.

In Kohima, Chedema AYUSH Hospital has been identified as the COVID-19 Hospital while the Naga Hospital Authority Kohima (NHAK) will also be converted to COVID-19 Hospital as and when the situation demands. The release also stated that designated Quarantine Centres have been identified. No details were provided on the Centres.

The Principal Director also appealed to the public to abstain from spreading rumours and to verify such news/ information with the concerned district authority.
