‘Nana - A Tale of Us’ screened at Jharnapani

Koinonia Youth Fellowship, an interdenominational youth fellowship in Khanakhuru (Jharnapani) area, held a special charity screening of the well-received and critically acclaimed Nagamese movie ‘Nana - A Tale of Us’ on August 25 at Jharnapani local ground on the theme ‘Clean Election’. The screening was sponsored by a good number of individuals and families and had an audience of over 700 people. The screening was preceded by an invocation by Visa Kweho, the pastor of CRC Khanakhuru and the welcome address by Jharnapani GB, Poho Pusa. Anungba Imsong, the pastor of Medziphema Ao Baptist Church urged the audience not to be swayed by money and false promises in the upcoming elections. Director of the movie, Tiakumzuk Aier also took the stage to introduce the crew members, ‘Rev. Fredricks’ Chuba and ‘Ms. Grace’ Imnasenla. The screening was followed by a special prayer led by Temsusangba Aier.
