Dimapur, May 17 (MExN): The Nationalist Democratic Progressive Party (NDPP) today observed its first Foundation Day with a thanksgiving prayer service at the party headquarters in Dimapur.
A press statement issued by NDPP Media & Communications Committee maintained that the NDPP was formed as a response to the desire of the people for an alternative to bring positive change. It stated that the NDPP till date remained committed to its aims, objectives and the sacred commitments made to the people.
On the foundation day the party reiterated its declaration to work tirelessly for the people’s welfare. The release further added that the NDPP will strive for achievement of a redrawn roadmap of development, enforce transparency and combat corruption and remain focused on its agenda while remaining undistracted to lies and false propagandas from the adversaries.
The NDPP further called upon all sections of the people to join their collective endeavor of bringing about positive change.
