Kohima, June 26 (MExN): The Kigwema Youth Organisation (KYO) under the banner of Nehru Yuva Kendra, Kohima organised a Neighbourhood Youth Parliament of National Youth Policy at Panchayat Hall, Kigwema.
The programme was addressed by Menuoneituo Chadi, Chief Operating Officer (COO), Livelihood & Skills, Nagaland State Rural Livelihood Mission.
A press release informed that Chadi deliberated on the government projects like National Rural Livelihood Mission (NRLM), Start-up Village Entrepreneurship Programme (SVEP), which are under operation in the block as pilot projects.
The programme was interactive and beneficial to the youths, the release said, adding suggestions and expectations from various sections of youth were also deliberated.
