KOHIMA, FEBRUARY 28 (MExN): A two day conference of all NCC groups of NE region was held on February 27 and 28 Feb 2020 at NER Dte, Shillong. The Group Commanders of all eight groups namely Shillong, Guwahati, Tezpur, Imphal, Silchar, Dibrugarh, Kohima and Jorhat attended the conference.
The conference was chaired by Major Genral Bipin Bakshi, VSM, ADG, NER Dte .He congratulated all Group Commanders for excellent performance of NCC Cadets of NER Contingent at the Republic Day 2020 celebration in New Delhi. The future blueprint of forthcoming year was formulated regards to training & growth of NCC cadets in NE Region and extending reach of NCC in far flung areas of this region, informed a press release from the PIB Defence.
