ANGPTA 'Triennial Conference’ postponed

Dimapur, January 19 (MExN): The All Nagaland Government Primary Teachers' Association (ANGPTA) has postponed the proposed 'Triennial Conference' to February 4. This was resolved at an emergency meeting where it was informed that the speakers will be engaged in some programme on January 31. In this regard, ANGPTA, General Secretary Hoshika H Sumi in a press release has informed its members that the programme details will be published in the advertisement column shortly.

 

RSU jubilee committee meet 

Atoizu, January 19 (MExN): The Planning Board chairman of Atoizu Range Students' Union (RSU) Golden Jubilee has called for a joint meeting of Planning Board, sub-committees, local organizing committee and GBs of Atoizu area on February 4 at Atoizu town. The meeting will be held after the inaugural programme of Atoizu Area GB Trophy on the same day.

 

RARC Dimapur holds ‘free Ayurveda medical camp’

Dimapur, January 19 (MExN): Regional Ayurveda Research Centre (RARC), Dimapur conducted a ‘Free Ayurveda Medical Camp’ on January 18 at Thakurbari area, Dimapur. The medical camp was initiated by Dr P Srinivas, RO (Ay) Office In-Charge of RARC, Dimapur who delivered an awareness talk about its activities. During the camp, about 85 patients (52 male, 33 female) attended and utilized the services, said a press release from RARC, Dimapur. Ayurvedic medicines and IEC (Information Education & Communication) material about health awareness were distributed to the attendees.  Dr Srinivas, Dr Gwanchung, SRF (Ay) of RARC, Pradeep Setti, social worker and supporting staff participated in the medical camp.
