DIS Dimapur informs

Dimapur, January 27 (MExN):
In continuation with the previous press release all Adhoc G/T, P/T & H/T who have already submitted their documents are to re-submit their original educational documents along with photostat copy to the DIS Dimapur on or before January 31. This is in compliance to the Directorate of School Education order No.ED/MISC-4/2010-11, Dated Kohima, the 17th Dec 2010.

DDGWTU meeting on Jan 29

Dimapur, January 27 (MExN):
The Dimapur District Garage Welfare Trade Union (DDGWTU) has convened a general meeting on January 29, 2011 at its registered office, Purana Bazaar from 11:00 am. All the members and employees are requested to attend the meeting positively. This was informed in a press note issued by Pikhto Zhimo, general secretary, DDGWTU.

ANSTA Unit Longleng appeals

Dimapur, January 27 (MExN):
The All Nagaland School Teachers’ Association (ANSTA) Unit Longleng has appealed to the higher authority to clarify the cases that are included in the bogus and doubtful teachers list, as they were once declared as genuine teachers by the department in order to enable the smooth functioning of the schools under Longleng district. This was stated in a press release issued by K. Takanganba, president ANSTA Unit Longleng.

YSU appeals to SDO (PWD)

Dimapur, January 27 (MExN):
The Yanmhon Students Union (YSU) has stated appreciation to the Mozhui Okho, Kohima for repairing and maintaining the abundant PWD road 5 Kms from Liphi village to Yanmhon by their free will contribution for the celebration of the 75th year Platinum Jubilee which was held on January 11 and 12, 2011.  YSU also appeals to the SDO (PWD) Bhandari under the establishment of executive engineer (PWD) R B, Baghty division to kindly restore and maintain the said road for day-to day transportation for the welfare of the people.

NSCB & NABARD celebrates R-Day

Dimapur, January 27 (MExN):
The 62nd Republic Day was celebrated at the Head office complex of Nagaland State Co-operative Bank Ltd. General manager (Admn) S. Atovi Sema in a press release said that the celebration was observed by NSCB and NABARD and Dr. U. S Saha, general manager, NABARD, RO Nagaland unfurled the National Flag. Dr. Saha in is address stressed on the significance of the day and emphasised on the need to work hard by all for prosperity with equity for vibrant India by attaining inclusive growth in the State of Nagaland.

Sr. SP Wokha informs

Wokha, January 27 (DIPR):
Sr. Superintendent of Police Wokha has informed to all concern, that verified genuine Arms Licenses except prohibited bore licenses, will be released to the respective holders from the Office of the SP office Wokha from January 27 during office hours. Hence all persons who have submitted/deposited their arms licenses for verification to SIT (Arms Verification) are directed to bring their original receipts issued while submitting/depositing their Arms licenses for verification.

PSU general conference held

Kohima, January 27 (MExN):
The 53rd general conference of Pochury Students’ Union (PSU) was held at Sütsü village hosted by Lüruri Students’ Union from January 5 to 7 last under the theme “Heralding change.” The conference was graced by parliamentary secretary for law and justice & tourism Yitachu while Akho Leyri acted as the theme speaker. Meanwhile, the Union has elected its new team of office bearers for the tenure 2011-13 with Vikuolie Janry as president, Rhutsomu Pfithu- general secretary, Abel- finance secretary and Dahil as Assembly speaker.
