DC Tuensang orders to ensure smooth conduct of bye-election

Tuensang, May 2 (DIPR): Deputy Commissioner & District Election Officer, Tuensang, L Jamithung Lotha has issued an order to ensure smooth conduct of bye-election to the Nagaland parliamentary constituency. The officers and staff of various departments have been allocated with various assignments. All officers and staff appointed shall be subjected to the superintendence and discipline of the Election Commission till the process of election is complete, he said, adding all assigned duties shall be disposed off on time and on top priority.

 

DCO Phek informs

Phek, May 2 (MExN): District Cultural Officer (DCO) of Phek, Teisovikuolie Therie has in a press release informed all the eligible candidates from Phek district to submit their application along with bio-data, soft copy (CD) recording/supporting documents, photo copy etc. for nomination to the Governor’s Award 2018 for distinction in the field of Art and Craft, Music and Literature. Application can be submitted to the Chairman (Deputy Commissioner), Phek latest by May 28 for deliberation and recommendation thereof. Further, application may also be submitted to their respective Additional Deputy Commissioner (Meluri/ Pfutsero/ Chozuba) for onward submission to the District Level Committee on time.
