No Work No Salary: NASU

KOHIMA, MARCH 28 (MExN): The Northern Angami Students’ Union (NASU) has informed all government employees and government teachers to perform their duties and adhere to the slogan, “No Work No Pay.” A press note from the NASU informed that the union has received complaints from the public that “they never meet the office staff in the working days which causes many inconveniences to the public.” As such, it called upon employees of the various offices within Chiephobozou Sub-Division and Botsa EAC Headquarter to attend office by virtue of their bounded duty. The union also requested “those head offices to abandon Kohima offices and resume office from their original designated offices in the larger interest of the public in the region.” “In the near future, if any office or employee is found wanting, we are informing that we will resort to a befitting course of action,” it cautioned.
