Novaturient Managements to present ‘Ardour, fall/Winter 2019’

A Kohima based consultancy/event partner group- Novaturient Managements is all set to organise a mega fashion show billed as  “Ardour, Fall/Winter 2019” on October 12 at Regional Centre of Excellence for Music & Performing Arts (RCEMPA), Jotsoma near Kohima.


Announcing this during a press conference here at Symphony Cafe, Novaturient Managements members informed that the fashion show will feature 13 designers and 30 models.


The show is supported by Task Force For Music & Arts (TaFMA), Government of Nagaland.


This fashion affairs calls for a gala of many style tribes to signal one’s identity and aesthetic code, a philosophy that weaves dreams, Novaturient Managements stated.


Novaturient under the theme “ Ardour” strives to produce thoughtful and a sense of security on latent aspects of management solution across a spectrum of services,” it stated adding that it also aim to encourage entrepreneurship and “recreate one of the most awaited fashion event in the land of festivals, a night of dazzling glamour celebrating design and craftsmanship.

 


About Novaturient Managements


Six likeminded people came together and formed Novaturient Managements in the month of July this year.


“Basically, we are kind of consultancy/event partner group,” said one of the members Neitho Khamo.  


The members of Novaturient includes Ruopfuzhanuo Whiso, fbb Colours Femina Miss India Nagaland 2017-18 and proprietor of Lady Ruo, Pelevinuo Rupreo- Miss Kohima Ist Runner-up 2017-18, Moile Longkongly- Miss Phom 2017-19 and District SVEEP Election Icon Longleng 2018-19, Kepenshi Thongliu- Ist Runner-p Miss Tikhir 2017-18 and District SVEEP Election ICON Kiphire 2018-19, Neitho Khamo- event manager, photographer, content creator (Reality Cinematics) and Theja Sekhose- fashion designer, fashion show producer, choreographer, runway coach and proprietor Theja Sekhose Store Kohima.


 
Aims, prospects of Novaturient Managements 


Novaturient aim to nurture youth to be creative, critical, innovative and ethical leaders.


It also to help advance knowledge and pushing the boundaries in fashion, textiles, design and management to achieve a sustainable progress with the global outlook.


Novaturient Managements also aim to develop and maintain the unique quality and professional image of the clients, to deliver and evaluate beneficial impacts and outcomes both for the organizers and the other stakeholders such as participants, spectators, sponsors and media.


Novaturient Managements aims to promote the designers in a globalized sector manner that works to meet the demands for clothing and dictates the trends, to lead and collaborate with partners on the development of Naga fashion and management scene, to educate and provide guidance which would encourage both fashion and management industry to safeguard and add value to their products and raise standard of production, to provide a platform for Naga designers and brands to display and sell their designs.


Novaturient Managements also aims to provide benchmark for the enhancement and promotion of models and their modelling career at its first-rate.


Further, it aims to push forward entrepreneurship.


In the form of future prospects, Novaturient Managements announced that it has a wide focus spectrum, covering fields such as uplifting, promoting and creating platforms for established and upcoming talents in the fashion industry.


Be it local artisans of traditional wear, leather wear, in future, it intend to conduct more programmes, workshop, show relating to upgrade the existing beauty trends and norms.


“We look forward in working and partnering with reputed companies, institutions, fashion houses, groups and individuals as we proceed with our journey to create and produce quality events in the land of festivals, Nagaland,” Novaturient Managements stated.


 
Audition on August 23


Meanwhile, audition for models for fashion show will take place on August 23 at St. Joseph’s College Jakhama.

Apart from new faces, this fashion show will feature professional models.  


“We will be having a total 13 designers from all over Nagaland including outside the state,” said Theja Sekkhose adding that each for collection, designers have to present 15 designs.


13 designers and brands for the show will include; Asang Quiens, K.K. Leather Goods & Design, Wulo Akami, Mephruwe-u Akami, Runway NE (Kohima), Mansha Aomeshu, Jolly Polly, Sanjeev Tamang, Neisa Rupreo, Munye Handmade Nagaland, Amini Designs, Achunbo Chawang and Naga Az Creations.


“We want to celebrate fashion in its utmost glory,” said Ruopfuzhanuo Whiso.


Neitho Khamo said that the event will also feature stalls and some designers will display their products.


Khamo said that Novaturient Managements desire to make “Ardour, Fall/Winter 2019” as an annual feature.


Entry ticket to the show (Donor- Rs. 2000 and General- Rs. 500) will be made available at Lady Ruo and Theja Sekhose Store, Kohima.
