NPF Alongtaki slams memo against PS

Dimapur, May 19 (MExN):The Naga People’s Front (NPF), Alongtaki A/C has slammed the memorandum submitted to the chief minister and NPF president by some of its party workers against parliamentary secretary for housing, labour  employment, T Saku Aier. The memorandum was submitted on April 13.
Related to the issue, the NPF Alongtaki A/C members held a meeting at Longchem today. At the meeting, the members condemned the memorandum and the signatories - president and general secretary of the constituency who wrote the letter alleging that “grievances were not channeled properly”, stated the NPF, Alongtaki A/C in a rejoinder issued by its joint secretary S Sashi Tzudir.
The note also stated that it was made public that “five complainants” have withdrawn their complaint except four members of the complainants – president Imlitemsu, general secretary Supongmeren, joint secretary of Central Youth Wing Imdong and executive committee member Watitoshi from the office of Alongtaki A/C.
“…as office bearer those who abstained  the general NPF party meeting despite the meeting was convened by them to be held on 17/05/11 after the meeting held on 11/05/2011 against whom the meeting appealed the division office, Mokokchung for strong disciplinary action deem fir (sic),” it added.
Further, at the meeting the members have questioned the motive of P Chuba Ozukum, general secretary of Naga Hoho. Stating that “P.Chuba Ozukum, Naga Hoho General Secretary, who is a social worker but took part in a political party (NPF) creating confusion Jeopardizing the party interest and problems in the 30 Alongtaki A/C is questionable”.
