Kohima, August 2 (MExN): An emergency meeting of the office bearers of NPF Frontal Wings – Women Wing, Youth Wing, Farmers Wing, and Minority Wing at NPF Central Headquarters, Kohima on August 2 has resolved to “whole-heartedly” support the leadership of Dr. Shürhozelie Liezietsu, NPF president.
According to a press release from NPF Central HQ, the meeting also resolved to “out-rightly” reject and condemn the creation of “self styled” interim party president by the legislators at State Banquet Hall on July 31.
Meanwhile, it appealed to all the NPF legislators to come back to the party fold in line with the calling notice served by the NPF Central Office, “forgive/condone before the expiry of grace period, that is, on or before 5th August 2017 midnight.”
The house also lauded Narendra Modi, Prime Minister of India for “sincerely pursuing the Indo-Naga peace process and vigorously pursuing to eradicate/wipe out corruption in the country,” the release added.
