NPF holds seminar on ‘Alliance—Biblical perspective’

KOHIMA, MAY 16 (MExN): The Naga People’s Front (NPF) today organized a seminar on the topic ‘Alliance – Biblical Perspective’ at the party’s Central Hall, Kohima.


Apostle Rev. Luoliehu Yimsong from Global Indigenous Prayer Network, Sydney, Australia resourced the seminar. A press note from the NPF central HQ informed that the talk was aimed to motivate both political elders and young people to build Naga society “based on the direction from God than fighting among different political parties.”


Throughout the two sessions, Rev. Luoliehu focused on the significance of alliance and he said, there are two types of alliance i.e. right and wrong, out of which he focused on choosing the right alliance, followed by building the alliance of safety and protection; alliance to create accurate rules and regulations, honorable alliance, and establish the alliance in the spirit of holiness.


He further deliberated on the “alliance of companion of brotherhood/sisterhood, mutual respect with humility, companion as messenger and companion of togetherness than creating division.”


The seminar was chaired by S Akho Leyri, while Dr Huskha Yepthomi invoked the presence of God. Vemino Nakhro delivered the introduction of the Seminar and Dr Lemwang Chuhwanglim gave the vote of thanks and benediction, followed by lunch.


The seminar was attended by Dr. Shürhozelie Liezietsu, President, Naga People’s Front, MLAs, CEC, COBs and frontals wing & Cells.
