DIMAPUR, OCTOBER 15 (MExN): The Nagaland Sport Climbing Associate (NSCA) has concluded its 11th selection cum training camp from October 12 to 14 in Dimapur.
The selection was for a chance to compete in the 19th North East Zone Sports Climbing Competition meet 2017, organised by the Indian Mountaineering Foundation IMF North East Zone Committee, scheduled to be held from October 26 to 29 at Tripura Sports School, Dasharath Dev Sports complex, Badharghat, Agartala, Tripura, hosted by the Tripura Sports Climbing Association (TSCA).
There will be different events in the said competitions as per rules of International Federation of Sports Climbing (IFSC) for the following categories Lead, Speed & Bouldering Climbing.
The events are for sub junior (Boys & Girls) born between 2004 and 2007; junior (Boys & Girls) born between 2001 and 2003; and men & women 17 years and above. The selected climbers from this competition will compete in the 23rd National Sports Climbing Championship 2017.
