Kohima, August 25 (MExN): Nagaland University Students’ Union, Lumami (NSU-L) held its 22nd Fresher’s Day on August 23 at the university premises.
A press release from the NSU-L stated the event was held with a colourful and vibrant reception under the theme “Designing Destiny.”
It was arranged under the auspices of the NUSU-L, where Dr Hotokhu Chishi, Additional Director, Health and Family Welfare, Government of Nagaland graced the occasion as the guest speaker. In the evening session, Imlibenla Wati was the guest judge for the Mister and Miss Fresher 2019 contest who also sponsored the winning prize for the same.
Khyochamo Yanthan won the title of Mister Fresher 2019 and Kuthuno Cukhamu was crowned Miss Fresher 2019.
Nsimtube Ndang grabbed the title Mister Personality and Lochumlo Shitiri was crowned as Miss Congeniality, followed by Inaka Yeptho as Mister Photogenic and Tongpangkokla Aier as Miss Photogenic.
