Morung Express News Dimapur | July 24 One commuter was killed in a hit and run incident in Dimapur on July 24. The tragic mishap occurred at the Army Supply Road towards Signal evening market at around 6:00 pm. As per the Traffic police, one FCI truck heading towards the Kalibari-Army Supply Road intersection hit an oncoming motorcycle. The truck sped off after hitting the motorcycle but was intercepted by NAP (IR) personnel on routine patrol at the Kalibari road, the Traffic police said. The motorcyclist, identified as Sumen Dey (38), resident of Babulal Kachari colony, Signal Bazar, was killed on the spot. The truck driver was identified as Raju Chetri, resident of Golalghat Road.
