Kohima, March 10 (MExN): The Directorate of Economics & Statistics, Nagaland, Kohima is organizing two day orientation programme on ‘official statistics and office procedures’ for all the affected officials through cadre review from March 15 to 16.
The inaugural function will start from 10:30 AM onwards at the directorate conference hall, Kohima. Y. Sacheo Ovung, director DES Nagaland will deliver inaugural address while Kezhalelhou Solo, deputy director DES Nagaland will made introduction.
The function will be chaired by Neidilhou Angami, joint director DES Nagaland. The programme will go on till March 16.
The resource persons will be M.M. Singh, director, NSSO Regional Office, Dr. Seikh Raruk Ahmed, senior lecturer Kohima Science College Jotsoma, R.Kronu, additional director DES, Neidilhou Angami, joint director DES, Charles N Kikon, deputy director DES, Kezhalelhou Solo, deputy director and coordinator orientation programme DES and officials from P&AR. All the concerned officials have been requested to attend the programme positively.
Further, all the concerned statistical cell in-charge in the line department and district economics and statistics officers have been requested to inform all the affected officials attached to their respective offices to attend the programme without fail.
