Peren, November 28 (MExN): The 5th Inter Departmental Badminton Tournament Peren District was held on November 28 at Indoor Badminton stadium Jalukie Town on where DC, Peren S.Tainiu graced the function as special guest.
The special guest in her address appealed to all Departments to actively take part in the badminton tournament to promote better coordination among the departments in the District. She said that it is a time to refresh oneself after a year of dedicated services in the office to the public and encouraged all the participants to play with real sportsmen spirit.
The function was chaired by ADC Jalukie and Convenor Organising committee, Dr.Tinojongshi Chang. Special number was presented by Baby Gangte and the tournament was formally declared open by the DC Peren.
