Peren DPDB meeting held

Peren, January 14 (MExN): The Peren District Planning & Development Board (DPDB) meeting was held on January 14 at DC’s Conference Hall, under the chairmanship of DC Peren cum vice-chairman DPDB, Sentiwapang Aier.

According to a DIPR report, presiding over the meeting, the DC informed the departments dealing with the minority schemes to prepare a report of all the schemes available for minorities to be discussed in the next DPDB meeting.  The board approved the registration of society registration-Ahthibung Region Club (ARC).

SDO(C), Vejoyo Swuro highlighted the departmental land survey report which was carried out in the month of December, 2019 and further sought cooperation from the departments whose departmental land are yet to be surveyed.

A short presentation on NID (National Immunization Day) on IPPI- Intensified pulse polio immunization) and NDD (National Deworming Day) was also presented by Dr. Nukshisangla Jamir wherein she also highlighted some of the departmental activities to be carried out shortly. Work distribution pertaining to the forthcoming Republic Day celebrations was also discussed in the meeting.
