Naga Folkband Tetseo Sisters take a bow after performing an hour long concert to kickstart the Buddha Mahotsava Festival in Bomdila, West Kameng District in Arunachal Pradesh on November 4. The 3 day Festival also showcased concerts by Kailash Kher, Mohit Chauhan and DJ Aqueel besides performances by various local Arunachali artistes and tribal cultural troupes. This is the second edition of the festival of culture and social harmony in Bomdila.
Mrs. Sunita Deb won the crown of Mrs. India North and was adjudged as Mrs. Photogenic in the Dazzle Mrs. India International 2017 organised by Parisa Communication Pvt. Ltd. (New Delhi) in association with Ministry of Tourism, Govt. of Sri Lanka / Indian High Commission (Sri Lanka) on November 1, 2017 at Colombo. Mrs. Sunita Deb wife of Ashish Deb of Lhomithi Colony, Dimapur is a mother of two is presently pursuing her higher education at Guwahati, Assam.

 

Alobo Naga performs at the Delhi’s most talked about North East Festival which tries to promote talents and culture of NE region of India on November 5.

 

 

In the grand finale of fashion show in North East Festival held on November 5 at IGNCA New Delhi, Naga ace designer Asa Kazingmei made the audience go crazy for his trending collections of edgy, leather, booths, harness, gloves etc. The first face of the show was Opang Jamir from Nagaland and Miss International India 2016 Rewati Chetri and Mr Arunachal 2016 Gungte Tarh also walked the show for Asa Kazingmei. Showstopper was Supermodel Amit Ranjan.
