Will wait for Court’s judgment; CM on appointment of PS & Advisors

On going ahead with appointment of advisors and parliamentary secretaries even though there is pending court case, the chief minister while talking to media persons on the sideline of administering oath to 10 newly inducted advisors said, “It is okay. There is no stay order. Since there is no stay order from the court, till the judgment we can go ahead.”

On being asked about Lotha Hoho registering unhappiness over sacking of two ministers from Lotha tribe, the chief minister said ministry is formed by the elected members and the party, adding that if anyone is dropped or expelled from the party, the tribal hoho “need not come in between such kind of action.”

Regarding Rengma Hoho calling upon the Indian leadership to focus on early solution on Naga political issue and impress upon Naga legislators “that if solution is a priority, they should think of mass resignation and not talk of post-election…,” the chief minister said they (legislators) have not discussed such thing.

“How one tribal hoho can ask legislators to resign,” he also wanted to know. We are established by the Constitution of India so it will go according to the Constitution,” the chief minister added.
