DIMAPUR, DECEMBER 2 (MExN): The Nagaland State Power Department today advised consumers to use only low power consuming bulbs and LED lighting fro decorative purposes during the coming festive season. A press release from the Chief Engineer, (D&R), Power Department, Er Indianoba Tally said that the usage of low power consuming lights would help curb electricity bills and put less strain on the electrical network which is burdened to a large extent.
It meanwhile stated that the department endeavours to provide the best service of providing electricity to the consumers despite various constraints. The department appealed to all consumers to pay their electricity bills regularly with an added appeal to clear all dues during the festive time.
