Dimapur, April 10 (MExN): The Naga youth, who survived the road accident at Phagwara, Punjab on April 9, succumbed to his injuries in hospital today. As per a PTI report quoting the police, the deceased youth identified as Yepeto Khuzumi, was a former student of Lovely Professional University. The body was handed over to his family members after post-mortem, the report stated. Khuzumi and two others – Aosen Longchar from Nagaland and Nikhil Chaudhary of Raipur, Chhattisgarh – were on a motor-cycle when it was reportedly hit by a truck at Hargobindnagar crossing on national highway 1. Longchar reportedly died on the spot. Chaudhary is reported to have sustained minor injuries.
