Ranji Trophy: Nagaland falter on opening day, all out for 166

Dimapur, January 19 (MExN): Nagaland today faltered on the opening day of their Plate Group Ranji Trophy (2019-20) against Bihar.  


Opting to bat after winning the toss, the match at Nagaland Cricket Stadium, Sovima saw the host struggling to score against a strong bowling attack from Bihar.  


Eventually there were bowled out for 166 in 63.5 overs with Imliwati Lemtur leading scorerbaord with 41 runs. Y V Takawale added another 29 runs.


Abhijeet Saket and Ashutosh Aman  took three wickets each for Bihar while Atulya Priyankar scalped 2.  Vivek Kumar and Shivam Kumar took one each. 


In reply, Bihar were 115/2 in 26 overs at stumps on Day-1, and trailing by 51 runs


Shasheem Rathour and Babul Kumar were batting at 46 and 21 runs respectively when the match ended for the day. 
For Nagaland, Nagaho Chishi and Imliwati took one wicket each.
