1. Nagaland being a Christian state in a world record. Without Christ man’s plan cannot make Nagas small or great. For without me ye can do nothing (Jn.15:5)
God, Jihova does not want Nagas to be under the control of idolaters. So, He raised up Naga leader, Dr. A.Z. Phizo who started demanding Naga independence since 14-08-1947 onward.
2. During 1950’s I have personally seen and know that there were only few Naga educated persons, only one main road i.e. NH-39, no electricity in villages ,no good building, no aeroplane and bus services as we have today, no machine for printing etc. Even in Kohima, the capital of Nagaland, the houses were built with wood and thatch.
A Deputy Commissioner controlled all the Nagas in the Naga Hill district. Even in those days whatever The Naga National Council (NNC) said were carried out unitedly and obediently by all the Nagas.
Now, the Nagas have matured in every field and also know all kind of pervert tricks. The Nagas are deteriorating mainly because of money. Though we need to cope with the world while we are on this earth, we must put God’s kingdom and His righteousness first and above everything else. (Mt.6:33).
3. Some of the Naga leaders are now working enthusiastically for Naga reconciliation .There is no other way to bring peace in the Naga inhabited areas without this reconciliation.
This reconciliation cannot be handled by a particular denomination, council or a national party alone .It must work-out under the banner of Christian.
Some people think that the national workers hinder the process of reconciliation .But in fact; the Naga top Christian leaders are the real cause of unsuccessful reconciliation.
We say that Nagaland is a Christian state .Yet the church councils never work together. This is not a biblical principle.
4. Naga National workers have been planning and working for the good of Nagas. But for the reconciliation purpose, it should be handled by Christian forum.
The Holy Spirit has revealed that if reconciliation could not accomplish and failed to restore Naga society, two nations will come and play with the Nagas and will destroy many Naga generations.
Since Israelite didn’t obey God’s commandment, God cursed them with the destruction of Jerusalem and till now there is no peace and joy among them.
Do we want destruction or joy? The choice is ours.
Let every Naga people think reasonably and unitedly work for our nation.
