Regional Rashtrapati Testing Camp in Nagaland

Kohima, January 11 (MExN): Nagaland State Bharat Scouts & Guides (NSBSG) has informed that the Regional Rashtrapati Testing Camp will be held from January 17–22 at the State Training Centre, Nerhema, Kohima. The highest testing camp for Scouts & Guides in the country, those who qualify in the test will be awarded the Rashtrapati award or the President’s award, stated a press release from NSBSG State Secretary, Chubanungla. President of India will present the certificate signed by him along with a cloth badge.  

All skills acquired from the date of investiture as Scouts/Guides till date will be tested by experienced and skilled examiners from North Eastern Region during the camp. This stage is reached on completion of five earlier stages completed at State level, the release added. Nagaland State Bharat Scouts & Guides is hosting the mega event, which will have participants from Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Sikkim, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Manipur, Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, Guwhati Region, Northeast Frontier Railway and Nagaland. The host state will have the highest number of participants. About 300 participants are expected to attend the testing camp. NSBSG State Chief Commissioner Atuo Mezhür Sekhose and team have welcomed all participants from the North East Region.
