A rejoinder to CSCF clarion Call

The clarion call issued by the Concerned Senior Citizen Forum, (CSCF) Mokokchung, Nagaland, which was appeared in The Morung Express on September 30, 2016, shows their naivety in the Naga national affairs. Uncle Yallay once told us that do not tell about the Naga national affairs to the educated people because, they won't understand it, or do not tell God's prophesy to the Pastors and Reverends for they won't believe it. It becomes seems to be true according to the statement of educated people.

For the Nagas, the Plebiscite of 1951 was a solemn pledge and a final solution for their future. Why then do we need to have another solution by the so-called framework agreement of NSCN-IM again? The framework agreement is for a solution within the framework of Indian Constitution, and that is to sell out and nullify the Plebiscite of 1951. The Plebiscite of 1951 was not for joining Indian Union, but for the sovereignty of Nagaland as in ancient time, and it was a pledge of the whole Naga people which no Naga can reverse it. If they (CSCF) truly and steadfastly uphold the Plebiscite of 1951, as they have mentioned it in their statement, they should condemn the framework agreement. But if they support the framework agreement for a solution, why do they talk of the Plebiscite of 1951? Their statement has a contradictory in itself. They are confused people on the Naga national stand. Such people can lead the Nagas nowhere.
