Dimapur, August 20 (MExN): The Sand Stockist & Suppliers Union Dimapur (SSSUD) has informed customers to check and know the quality and quantity of sand before purchasing.
The union in a press release informed that it had received complaints from customers against the high rate of sand imposed by vehicles parked at Ghorapatti and in this connection, conducted surprise checking.
Warning vehicles not to take more than the rate fixed by the Union, the union requested customers to contact the given Mobile numbers—9856767424, 9615127941, 9436007646, 9856984169, 8575304004 if stockists and suppliers charge more than the given rate. The rate however is only for time being, the union added.
The fixed rates for direct load are as follows: 1. Kaneighat sand –Rs 25000 per vehicle for 450 cft 2. Kolaimati sand –Rs 23000 per vehicle for 450 cft 3. Deopani sand –Rs 17000 per vehicle for 450 cft.
The Stockist rates are as follows: 1. Kaneighat sand- Rs 57 per cft 2. Kolaimati sand- Rs 53 per cft 3. Deopani sand- Rs 39 per cft
