Dimapur, August 10 (MExN): The Sumi Baptist Churches Association (SBAK Nito Mount) is organising a seminar on the theme – The Need of the Hour for the Church Today (Ishi Akukuhou no Avehupu Shiakeu) on August 18 and 19 at the Sumi Baptist Church Mokokchung (B). Resource persons during the two-day event include Rev. S. Yevito ES, SBAK Nito Mount, Rev. Zuhokhu Pastor, Sumi B/Church Kohima, Rev. Dr. D. Vitoho Pastor, Nunumi B/Church, Dr. Hokugha MO Akuluto, Asheto Sr. Div. Acctt PWD (R&B), and Abokali Y. Sumi, Social Activist.
In a press release note, N. Shekheto Swu Pastoral Secretary SBAK, states that the main objective of this seminar is to prepare church leaders for a holistic ministry especially in the face of crises, both local and global, surrounding the church today. He thus informs all the church leaders under SBAK Nito Mount particularly Pastors, Women & Youth Pastors to plan their schedule in advance so as to attend the seminar without fail.
