SCERT inform agencies on Naga Heritage Studies

Kohima, September 13 (MExN): The State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT) today stated it has been brought to its attention that the present Zeme Literature Board officially recognized by the Government has been reconstituted by the Zeme Council, Nagaland in the Zeme joint consultative meeting held at Jalukie on the August 19, 2017.  

In this connection, as the SCERT is in the final stages of the development of the Naga Heritage Studies in collaboration with the textbook production cell, School Education Department, the SCERT seeks clarity on the agency to be associated with this endeavour.  

In view of the above, all concerned are being informed that any objection to the reconstituted body being officially recognized by the Government should do so on or before September 23, 2017. This was stated in a press release issued by Khrietuo Mezhür, Director, SCERT Kohima.
