Tseminyu, July 11 (DIPR): Tseminyu SDPDB conducted its monthly meeting at ADC’s Conference Hall on July 10. ADC and Vice Chairman, SDPDB, Tseminyu, Theodore Yanthan reminded the officers posted at Tseminyu to sincerely attend to their duties. While deliberating on the urgent need to maintain the roads in the town, he urged the Executive Engineer, Roads and Bridges to positively repair the roads at the earliest.
Felicitation for the meritorious HSLC and HSSLC examination, 2017 from GHS and GHSS was held. Theodore Yanthan later gave away the meritorious certificates and the cash awards.
Noklak Sub-Divisional Planning & Development Board meeting was held at Khiamniungan Tribal Council Hall, Noklak with ADC, Thsuvisie Phoji as the chairperson. Activities of Medical Department were highlighted by Senior Medical Officer of Health Centre, Noklak, Dr. Victor. The meeting reminded about an earlier recommendation by the house to provide one vehicle for Red Cross Society, Noklak Branch. Deliberations were held for improvement and extension of State Bank of India building in Noklak. Work distribution for the forthcoming Independence Day on August 15 was also done.
