Soft Skill & Career Counseling training begins in Mkg

Mokokchung, December 6 (DIPR): The inaugural programme of Soft Skill & Career Counseling Training from December 6 to 8 organized by Nagaland Building & Other Construction Workers’ Welfare, Department of Labour in collaboration with Career Bridge Human Capital Solution, Gurgaon began on December 6 at MTBA Conference Hall, Mokokchung.  

Deputy Commissioner, Mokokchung, Sachin Jaiswal, IAS, while delivering a short speech, encouraged the students from Jubilee Memorial School and others who attended the programme to take the opportunity in identifying one’s talent and deciding what step should be taken as a profession in life. He also said that a person should identify his instinct and channelize his position in a positive way and should not cover one’s dream in life.  

Overview of the Training was shared by Director, Career Bridge Human Capital Solution, Gurgaon, Vikas Rao, Pastor MTBA, Rev. Ponen Longchar said the invocation while Deputy Director, Employment Skill Development & Entrepreneurship, Chiden Yaden chaired the programme.  

This Maiden soft skill training for the labourers in the state is the outcome of the initiative of Dr. Niephrezo, Parliamentary Secretary for Labour and Employment, Skill Development Entrepreneurship who took a keen interest to take up this training through the Department of Labour under the NBOCW Nagaland Building & Other Construction Worker.
