Soft skill training at GHSS Wokha underway

Wokha, December 16 (MExN): The three days event on soft skill training initiated by the Department of Labour commenced on December 15 on the premises of the Government Higher Secondary School, Wokha. The event will be completely devoted to training the builders and other construction workers, on how they can develop their personality and build healthy relations with their co-workers.

Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC), Wokha, Mhathung Tsanglao addressed the assemblage with immense optimism and emphasized on the benefits of the event. He urged the gathering to attend the training with utmost sincerity and dedication.

Labour Commissioner, Nagaland, Er.L.Nungshi Yanger Aier, while briefing about the activities of the department said, “even though the Department of Labour is a small department, they have been assisting in giving children scholarship, maternity benefit, medical assistance and even insurance.” He asserted that the assistance provided was available to everyone and an opportunity so good shouldn’t be overlooked. The Commissioner also hoped that through this initiative the trainees will definitely observe change in their personality and behavior, said a statement by Zuben, IA, Wokha.

The programme was organized by Nagaland Building and other Construction Workers, Welfare Board, Department of Labour in collaboration with career Bridge Human Capitals Solutions, Gurgaon, Haryana.
